Ci siamo attrezzati con degli apparecchi di controllo: banco ottico, per verificare il corretto montaggio delle lenti
decentrate, apparecchio per il controllo dell’asse delle lenti polarizzanti ed il misuratore delle tensioni
(tensiometro), tutto questo per controllare ogni operazione e poter dare così la certezza
di un lavoro eseguito nel migliore dei modi.
Our quality control process includes checks using our “optical bank”.
We use this device to check that decentered lenses are correctly glazed in the frame.
We verify the polarized lens axis and check lens tension, using a tensometer.
These checks guarantee the quality of our work.

Il controllo dell'asse di polarizzazione viene esequito con un polarimetro secondo le norme EN1836.
The control of the polarized lens axis is executed with a polarimeter following the EN1836 norms.

Controlli sulla tempera vengono eseguiti con un test dinamico "DROP BALL TEST".
